When will the Centre open?

Our team is working hard to get CUC Hay up and running for students! 

Early birds get the worm so to be the first to know by completing our ‘Express your Interest’ form and our Centre Manage will be able to give you personal updates.

Who can register and access the Centre?

Our Centre is for all higher education students, Undergrad and beyond. If you are enrolled in a higher education course or exploring your higher education possibilities we are here to help, take stress, and distance out of distance education. 

If you are already enrolled in any Australian university, simply complete our ‘Express Your Interest’ form. We will then reach out with a unique registration link and schedule an in-person Induction to the Centre. Once you’re registered, inducted, with your security key in hand you can use the Centre as your academic base! 

If you’re still unsure if you or should register here’s a list of student types we encourage to register… 

Full-time or Part-time, Online/distance – YES! 

Full-time or Part-time, On-Campus, but might access during Holidays and Semester Breaks when you visit Home – YES! 

Visiting Work Placement Student – YES!  

Even if you’re unsure if you’d use it regularly but want it as a backup for the last-minute cram or assessment – It’s worth it! 

Does it cost anything to use the Centre?

No. Access to our Centre and services is completely free. 

Where is CUC Hay?

CUC Hay is located within the Hay Connected Learning Centre on the corner of Cadell and Pine Street, Hay, NSW, 2711. 

Do you offer courses?

No. CUC Hay is part of the Regional University Study Hub Network. We do not provide courses directly. 

We can help you choose from many different courses and support you to access a wide range of higher education providers. You may choose to study fully online or blended, online and face-to-face depending on your course and you can access the Centre to help complete your study. 

We will offer workshops and events to support you develop and hone your study skills.

What are the Centre hours, and can I access the Centre after business hours?

Our staffed hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday. We provide afterhours access to registered CUC Students, from 7:00am -11:59pm Monday to Friday. 

All registered students must use their allocated security key card to always access the Centre via the Main Entrance on Pine Street. 

Not a registered student but want to check out the Centre, or want to register? No worries, you’re welcome to drop into the Centre during business hours and chat with our friendly Centre Manager and we’ll get you set up. 

Can you host my exam?

CUC Hay can host and supervise exams for universities and other exam providers. We can provide an examination space and invigilation services. Contact us with enquiries.  

Can you attend my event or workplace?

Yes! CUC Hay does outreach in the local area and sometimes further afield. We can support education and career expos and other programs and events that showcase education opportunities. We can also present to students and staff on the opportunities our Centre can create.
